The Site is owned and operated by EFIVE Organics Private Limited ("Soultatva," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Plot No. 361, Sachin GIDC, Road No. 3, Surat, Gujarat, 394230. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or transacting under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this Site.

Products

We sell organic nuts, seeds, dried fruits, mukhwas, trail mixes, and related snack products. We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, and pricing accurately. Actual packaging, weight, or appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the Site.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We currently accept 100% prepaid orders via credit card, debit card, or net banking; Cash on Delivery is not available. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount charged will be refunded in full.
