At Soultatva (a brand of EFIVE Organics Private Limited), we're committed to getting your organic snacks to you quickly and safely, straight from our facility to your doorstep. Below are the details of how we process, ship, and track your order.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders placed during sale periods or high-demand days may take slightly longer to process. We'll keep you informed if this happens.

Delivery Across India

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Maximum delivery window: In rare cases involving courier delays or logistical challenges, delivery may take up to 7-10 business days.
  • We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Payment & Free Shipping

  • We accept 100% prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
  • Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹249. Orders below this amount are subject to a nominal shipping charge, shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
  • Use this link to follow your shipment's progress until it reaches you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

As our products are consumable and freshly packed, we're unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

  • Please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  • Share an unboxing photo or video of the issue along with your order number.
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly once verified.
